You've probably heard of a couple of Vermont boys, Len & Harry (or something like that), who decided to open an ice cream shop several years ago. They wanted to make great ice cream, save the rain forest and some other things. They were raised up east, far from the hills of Kentucky.

We'd like to introduce you to a couple of Kentucky-born boys, Scott and Doug, a little more conservative than Len or Harry. They earned their degrees from UK in agriculture and business. Saving the rain forest is a great cause and all but we believe that saying the pledge of allegiance in school and showing respect for our flag are important too. We are committed to doing something to help farmers and producers right here in Kentucky. The way we have chosen to do that is by creating Valentine's Gourmet Ice Cream.

This is not just plain old ice cream. It's classified as super premium, the best you can buy. Some folks call it "weapon's grade delicious". It has an outrageous butterfat content. It's made with natural sweeteners plus fresh milk from regional producers. Eventually, all fresh fruit flavors will be made with local Kentucky fruits. People have told us that they like all natural flavorings and no preservatives. "Leave out the chemicals and just put in the good stuff." We've done just that.

Valentine's is competitively priced. We don't pay for any TV shows, limousines or corporate jets, just a little truck we use to haul some ice cream. Scott has come up with some great flavors to choose from and has developed some "special" flavors with the help of Brown-Forman Distilleries in Louisville. Kentucky Bourbon Ball and Mint Julep Chocolate Chip are just a couple of the new "special" flavors.

Scott and Doug would like to share some ideas how we can help you make your customers sit up and take notice with our "foot stomping good" ice cream.
